We are now accepting titles and abstracts for contributed talks. One of the goals of this conference is to provide a venue in which students can present their work, and so we especially encourage students (undergraduate and graduate) to consider giving talks. Each speaker will have 20 minutes for his/her presentation with 5 additional minutes for questions. Titles and abstracts should be sent (or e-mailed, or faxed) to one of the addresses given below by April 8th, 2003.
