Scholarships

The Departments of Computer Science and Mathematical Sciences award several scholarships each year to current students and one scholarship to an incoming freshman (the Patterson Scholarship).

Separate from the recurring scholarships, the CSEMS scholarship is a limited opportunity funded by the National Science Foundation to attract and retain CS and Mathematics scholars.

Scholarship Amounts

The amount and number of each scholarship varies from year to year.

To receive any of these scholarships, you must be a full-time student during the academic year (or semester) for which the award is made. Award decisions are made approximately one month after the application deadline.

Applications

Applications from current CS/Math majors for the following scholarships must be received by February 17.DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MARCH 5, 2008!

Applications from high school seniors for the Paul B. Patterson scholarship must be received by March 25.
